To cancel an appointment, please cancel through the booking app or send us an e-mail. We require a cancellation notice of 24 hours, within 48 hours is preferred.

For appointments canceled earlier than 24 hours that are not health related your stylist is able to charge a fee as they see fit.

Masks are required as per your stylist’s request.
